3. PROHIBITED USES

You may NOT use NavBoosted Services to:

  • Engage in unauthorized access to any system or network

3.2 Harmful Content

Promote websites containing malware, phishing, or harmful code

Drive traffic to content that:

  • Exploits minors in any way
  • Contains or promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
  • Facilitates illegal drug sales or controlled substances
  • Promotes illegal gambling in jurisdictions where prohibited
  • Contains adult content without proper age verification

3.3 Competitive Harm

  • Target competitor websites with intent to harm their metrics
  • Engage in click fraud or ad fraud
  • Manipulate competitor advertising costs
  • Interfere with another party's use of any service

3.4 Platform Abuse

  • Exceed usage limits or attempt to circumvent service restrictions
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account access
  • Use automated systems to create multiple accounts
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product

3.5 Misrepresentation

  • Impersonate NavBoosted or claim false affiliation
  • Misrepresent the nature of traffic to third parties
  • Use our Service to artificially inflate metrics for fraudulent purposes
  • Make false claims about our Service's capabilities or guarantees

4. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Prohibited Website Categories

We reserve the right to refuse service for websites containing:

  • Illegal content of any kind
  • Copyright infringing material
  • Deceptive or fraudulent content
  • Malicious code or security threats
  • Content violating third-party terms of service

4.2 Geographic Restrictions

You may not use our Services to:

5. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT

5.2 Enforcement Actions

  • Forfeiture of prepaid fees

  • Permanent ban from all NavBoosted services

5.3 No Duty to Monitor

While we reserve the right to monitor, we have no obligation to monitor user content or usage and assume no liability for user violations.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NavBoosted, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, fines, penalties, settlements, interest, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Services
  • Your violation of this AUP
  • Your violation of any third-party terms of service
  • Any consequences resulting from traffic sent through our Service
  • Claims by search engines or advertising platforms
  • Any penalties, ranking changes, or account actions by third parties

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

7.1 No Consequential Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL NAVBOOSTED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Search engine penalties or ranking changes
  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Loss of business or opportunities
  • Account suspensions on any platform
  • Damage to reputation

7.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • Search engines may change algorithms at any time
  • Use of traffic services carries inherent risks
  • You assume all risks associated with your use
  • We cannot guarantee any specific outcomes

8. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

8.1 Data Collection

8.2 Confidentiality

  • Search engines may penalize websites using traffic services
  • You assume all risks of detection and penalties
  • NavBoosted is not responsible for any search engine actions

19. REQUIRED DISCLOSURES

19.1 No Affiliation

NavBoosted is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any search engine, advertising platform, or analytics provider.

19.2 Service Nature

This Service generates automated traffic patterns that may be detected by sophisticated systems. We make no claims about being "undetectable."

19.3 Refund Limitations

Due to the nature of our Service, refunds are limited to our stated refund policy and do not include compensation for any negative consequences.
