Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 26, 2026. Last updated August 26, 2026.
This Acceptable Use Policy (this "AUP") is a conduct policy. It is part of your agreement with the NavBoosted entity named in the Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
If this AUP and the Terms conflict on liability, indemnity, payment, refunds, disputes, or other contract terms, the Terms control. If they conflict on what you may or may not do with the Services, this AUP controls.
The prohibited conduct below is not exhaustive. We may act on uses that are not named here.
1. Who this binds
This AUP applies to anyone who accesses or uses the Services. That includes account owners, team members, contractors, agencies, and anyone you allow to create or run a campaign.
You are responsible for their compliance. Use of the Services through your account is treated as your use, including use you did not personally authorize.
2. What the Services are
NavBoosted provides prepaid credits for planned browser sessions. A session is an automated visit, from a location you specify, to a search-engine results page and, when you configure one, a destination URL. A session may include a satisfy, compare, or soft-miss outcome and a dwell interval. Campaigns are sized to a session plan and a horizon.
The Services do not include a guaranteed ranking, a guaranteed click count, organic visitors, or undetectable traffic. We do not represent that any search engine, advertising platform, or analytics provider will count, credit, or treat a session as a human visit.
You choose the queries, locations, mix, destination URLs, and volume. You are solely responsible for whether that configuration is lawful and whether it is permitted by any third party whose systems a session touches.
3. Authorization you must have
Before you designate a destination URL, you represent and warrant that you:
- own that property, or have written authorization from the owner to direct sessions to it; and
- have authority to bind that owner to this AUP and the Terms.
You may not use the Services to run a campaign whose purpose is to target, harm, suppress, or inflate metrics on a property you do not own or control. That includes a competitor site, a listing you do not manage, a review profile, and any other third-party property whose owner has not authorized the campaign.
Sessions may incidentally load a search-engine results page and other results that appear on that page, including as part of a compare or soft-miss outcome. That incidental loading is not a license to designate those other results as campaign destinations, and it is not permission to harm them.
If you operate an agency or reseller account, you make the same warranties for each client property. We may require evidence of authorization and may refuse, pause, or terminate a campaign if we doubt it.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services, or allow anyone else to use them, to do any of the following.
4.1 Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Commit or facilitate fraud, including payment fraud, identity fraud, investment fraud, or misrepresentation of traffic or rankings to an advertiser, investor, lender, insurer, marketplace, regulator, or other counterparty.
- Describe session traffic as organic human visitors.
- Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights.
4.2 Child sexual abuse material
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, including real, depicted, and computer-generated content, and for any sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
If we obtain actual knowledge of such material, we will preserve records as required and report as required by law, including to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and to law enforcement. We will terminate the responsible account.
4.3 Prohibited destinations
Do not configure campaigns to properties that:
- distribute malware, phishing kits, or exploit code;
- sell illegal drugs, unlicensed controlled substances, or illegal weapons;
- promote terrorism or a credible threat of violence;
- operate illegal gambling where it is prohibited;
- host non-consensual intimate imagery; or
- traffic in stolen data or counterfeit goods.
We may refuse any destination URL at our discretion.
4.4 Paid advertising, reviews, and fake engagement
The Services are not an advertising-click, review, or social-engagement tool. You may not use them to:
- click, view, or convert paid search, shopping, display, social, video, or affiliate ads;
- inflate another party's advertising costs;
- post, upvote, or generate reviews, ratings, or testimonials;
- generate likes, follows, comments, shares, subscribers, or app-store ratings; or
- interact with Google Business Profile, Maps, YouTube, or similar listing or review surfaces, except as an incidental result of a session you are authorized to run on a property you control.
4.5 Unauthorized access and security
A terms-of-service rule is not, by itself, a criminal access restriction. You still may not use the Services to pass a closed gate. You may not:
- access a system, account, or non-public resource without authorization;
- probe, scan, or load-test a system you do not own, except as a byproduct of ordinary authorized sessions;
- intercept credentials, access third-party accounts, or bypass paywalls, logins, or geo-blocks on properties you do not control; or
- use the Services to flood, degrade, or deny service to any system.
4.6 Competitive harm
- Target a competitor's property, listings, or queries for the purpose of harming their metrics, rankings, advertising costs, or reputation.
- Engage in negative SEO, review bombing, or coordinated suppression.
4.7 Account and platform abuse
- Exceed or circumvent usage, credit, rate, or geographic limits.
- Share, sell, or transfer accounts or credentials.
- Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement, billing, or this AUP.
- Reverse engineer the Services except as a statute permits.
- Use the Services to build a competing session or traffic product.
- Resell the Services without a written reseller agreement.
4.8 Sanctions and export
You may not use the Services if you are on a U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions list (including the Specially Designated Nationals list), located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or acting for such a person. You may not use the Services in violation of U.S. export controls.
5. Search engines and other third-party rules
Search engines and other platforms publish terms and quality guidelines that may restrict automated or artificial interaction with their results or properties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partners of Google, Microsoft, Bing, or any other search engine, advertising network, or analytics provider.
We do not obtain permission from those parties for your campaigns. We do not represent that sessions will be counted as organic traffic, will be undetectable, will improve rankings, or will be permitted under any third-party terms.
You are solely responsible for reviewing those terms and deciding whether to proceed. Any ranking change, penalty, filtering, or account action by a third party is your risk. Refunds, if any, are governed only by the Refund Policy and do not include compensation for third-party actions.
6. Age and intended use
You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services for an entity, you warrant that you can bind it.
The Services are offered for business and professional use. That statement does not waive any right that applicable law says you cannot waive.
7. Investigation and enforcement
We may monitor campaigns, destination URLs, and usage for compliance with this AUP. We have no duty to monitor, and we assume no liability for your violations.
If we believe this AUP was violated, we may, without prior notice:
- refuse, pause, or terminate a campaign or account;
- block destination URLs or query patterns;
- forfeit unused credits to the extent the Terms and Refund Policy allow;
- preserve and disclose information to law enforcement, payment processors, or injured third parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or appropriate; and
- seek any other remedy available under the Terms or law.
Unintentional use, or use of your account by someone else, can still result in enforcement. Our decision not to act on one violation is not a waiver of this AUP.
8. How to report a violation
Email [email protected] with the account or URL involved and a short description. We may ask you to help us investigate.
Questions about this AUP go to the same address.
9. Changes
We may update this AUP by posting a revised version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. For a material change, we will also try to notify the email on your account. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised AUP. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
